What educators are saying

I bought this product to go with my listening center. Unfortunately, when students tried to scan qr code it wasn't working for us. Maybe there is a special trick that I missed.
I used these for a literacy station during black history month and my kindergarten students loved them!

Description

My students love listening to content rich, engaging read alouds. I constantly change our listen to reading books based on the holiday's and our theme subjects. These 19 printable QR codes are the perfect way to incorporate these read alouds into your classroom library.

All the QR codes are linked to a Safeshare.tv to ensure safe internet viewing! Students will simply scan the code with a scanning device (iPod, iPad, or iPhone), press play, and listen to the read aloud.

I use these cards in my classroom and the kids love it! I laminate the cards, put them on a binder ring, and store them close to our listening devices.

These codes are awesome for any grade. My first graders use them every day with little to no direction. They are perfect for Listen to Reading during a Daily Five block.

The following stories are included in this pack. If you would like a specific read aloud added, please let me know!

-Henry's Freedom Box

-I Have a Dream

-The Story of Ruby Bridges

-Martin's Big Words

-Pink and Say

-The Other Side

-Happy Birthday, Martin Luther King

-Follow the Drinking Gourd

-Moses: When Harriet Tubman Led Her People to Freedom

-Amazing Grace

-Salt in His Shoes

-A Chair for My Mother

-Anansi the Spider: A Tale From the Ashanti

-Sweet Clara and the Freedom Quilt

-Something Beautiful

-Wilma Unlimited

The code links can become broken. If that happens, please let me know and I will fix them immediately! I also caution you on printing in color and laminating. With as often as the codes break, I don't want you to become frustrated with having to redownload : )
