Description

Throughout history, many celebrities, athletes, and icons have found themselves on the cover of a cereal box. In honor of Black History Month we are going to celebrate African American leaders, activists, pioneers, inventors, etc. by displaying their achievements on a cereal box of their own! Students or teachers will select African American figures and students will begin researching them. They will have to include certain information and features on your cereal box to receive full credit. For details on what you need to include, reference the checklist and rubric attached. Be creative, learn something new, and have fun. For this resource you will need cereal boxes and art supplies.
