1. Create Your Own Dichotomous Keys
This not only allows for the initial, surface level understanding of what a dichotomous key is, but allows the student to fully immerse themselves and gain a much deeper understanding of the entire process. Students must create their own dichotomous keys using selected species. They are given two formats they can use, either graphical or traditional.
