Description
George Gershwin composed some of the most recognizable and memorable music of the 1920s and 30s. In this biography and response activity, students will use the Internet to read biographical informational text, then analyze a primary source (a video clip of one of Gershwin's famous compositions in live performance). Questions are included that encourage cross-disciplinary thinking and personalize the content for students.
This webquest / activity includes both a student assignment handout and an answer key.
