Big & Little LITTLE INTERACTIVE BOOK plus activities

This is a download for you to print and assemble valuable tools you can use over and over again, similar to a file folder game in book format. This Little Interactive book reviews big and little. Each page has a simple sentence and 2 boxes. A picture is shown with big or little choices. A selection board is placed in the back of the book and can be removed (with Velcro type fasteners). The board holds the size pictures. The child chooses the size for that spot and pulls it off the selection board and places it on the page in the book.

The Little Interactive Books can be used to teach and reinforce a new concept such as size, to teach a child to combine words to make a meaningful sentence, and to teach pre-literacy skills such as turning pages, reading from left to right and reading one word at a time. These books work great for young children that are developing typically. They are also perfect for children with delays, a speech or language impairment or autism to sequence 2 or 3 words together. The books are very motivating and the children will love the interaction as they read the story.

This Little Interactive Book, when finished is 5 ½” X 8 ½”. This book can be used with one child or a small group. This is a perfect size for little people to hold, turn pages and “read”.
