    How to Use:

Student Goal Tracker - Build New Habits:

Allow students to monitor their own behavior and goals with this habit tracker. The worksheet includes 25 star trackers, along with a place to put a positive incentive! In my class I will use this whole group or independently depending on need. Students can color in the stars as they progress on their goals. I use these for both academic and behavior goals. What I love about this resource is that it is a positive way for students to work on their goals and allows them to take ownership of their behavior!

    Free Positive Incentive Ideas:

    -Teacher Chair for the Day

    -Positive Note Home

-Bring a Stuffed Animal to School

    -Pick our Daily Read Aloud

    -Sit by a Friend

    -Choose our Brain Break

    -Etc.

    Student Behavior Reflection Form:

I use this form in my class to allow students to reflect on their behavior in a positive way. The sheet asks them what rule they broke, what lesson they learned, and what would have been a better choice. What I love about this resource is that students get to take ownership of their behavior and reflect on a better choice!

    Student Daily Goal / Reflection:

The daily goal tracker helps students self-manage their behaviors. In my class I have students fill out their goal as their daily warm up. The resources asks students what goal they want to work towards and the actions steps it will take. This can be a behavior or an academic goal. They will then write down the action steps they will need to take to reach their goal. At the end of the day, they get to decide if they’ve reached their goal and think about what goal they want for tomorrow. What I love about this resource is that it can be used for individual behavior management or the entire class and lets students take ownership of their behavior!

End of Day Questions: Classroom Meeting / Daily Reflection:

I use the 30 engaging reusable questions to help build a positive end-of-day routine for my students. In my class we will sit in a circle and go around to share our responses. I like to ask 3 to 5 cards a day and give every student a chance to share. You can also try giving each student a card and having them pair up with their classmates to share. This method gets students up and moving while practicing one-on-one social skills. What I love about this resource is that the reusable open-ended questions allow students to reflect on their day’s choices and set intentions for the rest of the week while working on their listening skills!

Self-Care Choice Board - Brain Break / Quiet Activity:

When my students are getting restless or need a brain break I will project this choice board. First, we review the student rule page and then I’ll add any other expectations I have. The students can pick from any of the choices on the board and I will give the 5 to 20 minutes depending on how much time we have. If I have other options for the day I will make my own with the blank board. What I love about this resource is it gives students free choice while teaching about self-care!

”Wise Owls” Student Helper / Teacher Assistant:

When my students are getting restless or need a brain break I will project this choice board. First, we review the student rule page and then I’ll add any other expectations I have. The students can pick from any of the choices on the board and I will give the 5 to 20 minutes depending on how much time we have. If I have other options for the day I will make my own with the blank board. What I love about this resource is it gives students free choice while teaching about self-care!

    Student Daily Check-In:

Use these daily check-in worksheets to help students start their day off in a positive way, while giving you a snap shot on how they’re doing! I have students use this form first thing each morning to set their day up for success. What I love about this resource is that students get to take ownership of their goals and helps them regulate their emotions on their own.
