Behavior Goals and Awards - Social Skills and Classroom Rules and Expectations

This behavior chart is perfect for goal setting as well as teaching your classroom rules and expectations. This works well for all grade levels, but especially for the primary grades and special education. Students love to follow the rules and then color the stars on their chart. They earn adorable awards with their very own name on them.

Get parents involved by sending home the black and white behavior chart. When a student successfully earns a behavior award, they can bring it home and share with their family. It is very motivating for students to watch their goal chart fill up with stars.

These charts come in both color and BW and have 20 expectations for student behavior and social skills. Please see the product preview to view these charts and see the rules that are included. Students can color the star on each box when they successfully meet the goal.

AWARDS

Once a student meets a goal on their chart (classroom expectation, rule, or social skill), they can color the star on their chart and then you can give them their award! Write the child's name on the award and they can take it home to show their family. These awards come in both color and black and white options. It is fun to make a big deal out of students who are following our classroom rules and expectations and who are modeling positive social skills.

EDITABLE AWARDS

You can type your student names into these awards! Type student names one time and Adobe will fill all of the awards with their name. Print and repeat until you have an entire class set. I type and print my awards beforehand, so they are ready to pass out to students.

Editing directions are included for your convenience.

Only the place to type their name can be edited.

All other text and graphics are flattened and secured.

EDITABLE PARENT LETTER

It is so important to keep parents involved! An editable letter is included for your convenience. I send a letter home letting parents know what to expect along with the BW version of the chart. Students love to show their parents their classroom awards.

Print this 16x20 poster at a photo center and display in your classroom!

STUDENT ACTIVITY PAGES/BOOK

Students trace the sentence and color the pictures. This helps teach students the classroom expectation, rule or social skill we are working on. Print a book for each student and complete one page each day. These coordinate perfectly with the awards and goals chart.

MINI POSTERS/POCKET CARDS

These make an adorable bulletin board display or use in a chart with pockets. These come in color and are great to practice and review the classroom rule/expectation/social skill.
