Are you looking for chants to use in your elementary music classes to help you prepare, present and practice steady beat vs. rhythm of the words? This set of chants is ideal for beginners working on this beat vs. rhythm concept.

This set includes slides that can be used to:
-Prepare/ practice/ assess steady beat
-Prepare rhythm as "the way the words go" with icons
-Practice "the way the words go"
-Practice ta/titi
-Comparatives: fast/slow, loud/soft, high/low

Each chant includes printable student beat charts and iconic rhythm charts. These could be printed on card stock and laminated or you could simply project onto your white board.
