Description

Available as a digital version and printable version.

Bank Account Balance is practice for students learning how to add with negative decimals. Students record transactions in a ledger then calculate the running balance. There are positive running balances and negative running balances. Follow up questions prompt students to calculate the total amount deposited and the total amount withdrawn. There is also an open-ended budgeting task that challenges students to create transactions with specific conditions on the types of transactions, the amount of the transactions, the beginning balance, and the ending balance.

All digital versions are editable so that you can customize to meet the needs of your students.
