Balls and Ramps: Science Unit

This is a science unit about gravity, movement, friction, and the way in which balls move. This is an inquiry science unit adapted from a "Carolina Biological" Training. I have used colleagues ideas as well as refining this unit each year to meet the needs of the students. This is the last unit I teach each year and it is an absolutely fantastic way to end the kindergarten year. The students use all of the math, writing, reading, science, and collaborative skills to investigate balls and ramps. I hope you have as much fun as I do when I teach this unit!!
