Updates for 2021! This detailed letter is an excellent way for you to introduce yourself to students and parents, while also explaining all of your rules/expectations as soon as the year starts.
Please look through this letter and edit key information such as your name, school name, etc. but also make sure that the following information included:

*Homework policy
*Classroom rules/expectations
*Descriptions of grading categories
*Google Classroom codes
...coincide with what you are presenting in your classroom as well. The rules and expectations that I have created for my classroom have served me and my students well over the past 9 years. Although I try to reinvent my teaching style and resources often, I really have found this is the one aspect that has remained the same and worked!
