In search of fun back to school science activities for the first week of school or just looking to introduce science tools or equipment to your students? Engage your kiddos with this Science Tools Bingo! This Back to School and First Week of School Science Activities Science Tools Bingo packet contains instructions, patterns, bingo cards, a call sheet and 25 call cards on science tools or equipment.
Here are the instructions for using this Back to School and First Week of School Science Activities Science Tools Bingo packet:
PREPARE: Print out different science tools bingo cards for each child plus a call sheet or the call cards. Cut out the call sheet or the call cards and put the squares or rectangles into a container.
DISTRIBUTE: Hand out one science tools bingo cards card to each child (each card should be different). There are 25 different cards in this packet.
CALL: The caller should pull out one image of a science tool, describe it, let the children guess what science tool is being described, and show it to the children. It will hep to discuss with the children each image first to familiarize them with the vocabulary involved.
MARK IMAGE: The children will then place coins, rocks, counters or something similar on the called image if it is on their card.
WINNING: Once a predetermined pattern is made on a card, the child with that card calls out BINGO.
