    Purpose of Task:

    • To assess ADL, IADL sequencing skills
    • 3-STEP: To elicit expressive language, descriptive language using the prompts FIRST, NEXT, LAST (ie., First you dig a hole, Next you place the tree in the hole, Last you cover with dirt and water the tree. OR MORE SIMPLY First dig, Next put tree in, Last water.)
    • 4- STEP: To elicit expressive language, descriptive language using the prompts FIRST, NEXT, THEN, LAST (ie., First boil water. Next add pasta. Then drain water. Last add sauce.)

    Directions:

    1. Drag and Drop pictures to correct box (ie., FIRST, NEXT, THEN, LAST). Deck will notify whether task was completed correctly or not.

    2. Clinician can extend learning with additional probes, i.e., What other steps might you do to complete this task?
