BOTANY PROJECT: COMPARE & CONTRAST FRUIT TREES

This is a 7 page research project on fruit trees. It is intended for students to consider studying agriculture in the future. The charts compare several types of fruit trees, and their traits. There is an art portion where students draw and color in the leaves of the fruit trees. There is a small essay portion on pollination, too. Use this for a science/geography assessment grade, or a homework project. It can be used as a classroom botany assignment, or part of a larger thematic unit. A score card/rubric chart is included.
