❀❀ This set of Boom cards prepares students for job interviews. It can be used for students with autism or TBI, or any student preparing for an interview. It teaches students the social rules job interviews, including verbal and nonverbal communication, problem-solving, hygiene, inferences, perspective-taking, answering high level job interview questions, and executive functions, and all the expected behaviors for a job interview!

☀This interactive set of no print digital BOOM cards is designed to teach students about job interviews and can be used in a regular classroom, speech therapy room, ESL/ELL room, or Title I room. This is appropriate for middle school, and high school students, depending upon their ability level. BOOM cards are also teletherapy-compatible and perfect for distance learning.

☀BOOM cards can be used on your computer, smart board, Ipad and can easily be assigned using google classroom. This deck offers the student the option of having directions read to them by clicking on the microphone icon. Helpful for struggling readers.

✨Did you know it's best to teach social and unwritten rules by situation? This deck is about acceptable and unacceptable behaviors during a job interview. It contains three tiers of intervention and includes:

*a short wordless video "tips for job interviews" made for this product. You can refer back to it to help you make teaching points.

*tier 1: slides where students choose the correct answers related to job interview verbal and non-verbal behaviors (eye contact, conversations, facial expressions, etc) and expected actions on job interviews.

*1 slide drag and drop expected/unexpected behaviors,

*1 slide type at least four job interview expected/unexpected behaviors,

*tier 2: slides: read the job interview problem or social scenario, make inferences and type in how to respond.

*tier 3: students type responses to common job interview questions and make a plan for future interviews.

Slides depict real photographs of children, teens and adults-multiple skin tones are represented.

This deck is designed for students that have difficulties with social skills, answering complex questions, making social inferences, understanding unwritten rules, taking the perspective of another person, solving problems, and figuring out social rules in common situations and environments.

BOOM learning cards are a web-based, interactive platform that is self-checking with sound!
