Description
While working through world history, Australia and New Zealand are generally overlooked or very quickly taught at the end of the year..but what a shame! These parts of the world are often among those students find to be most interesting! End the school year in such a way that gets students quickly learning about the major geographic areas and features of Australia and New Zealand, while also having fun! This project asks students to research one part of Australia or New Zealand, and to create a real estate flyer or commercial that incorporates that information for their classmates. This product includes a project overview, suggested class calendar, and a rubric.
