This resource includes four (4) weeks of at-home workouts for ADULTS, 18+.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, all gyms and schools are closed in Ohio. My wife, Melissa Jeltema, is a CrossFit Kids coach, basketball coach, and former professional basketball player. Unfortunately, that means she is without work until further notice. As a way to help adults maintain an active lifestyle while at home, she created a month of at-home workouts!
No additional equipment is needed to complete these workouts! Parents, coaches, and teachers are able to complete and work through these workouts 100% at home.
This resource includes:
- Note to parents, coaches and teachers
- Four weeks of workouts for adults (ages 18+)
- BINGO fitness card
- Exercise Dictionary that links to a video online demonstrating each exercise
- Diverse workouts for each week
NOTE: This resource is not designed for weight loss or to promote adults to reflect negatively on their body image. Instead, this is created to keep adults active while staying at home.
