Description
This document is a companion sheet for the AFLS in order to present data in a clear format for progress reports. Each of the cells contains notes/comments allowing assessor to easily see what item is being coded. Additionally, the sheet is color coded to allow the assessor to visually represent progress, as entering a "1" in each cell (for the first time assessing) will lead to the cell being coded in red, and entering a "2" in each cell (for the second time assessing) will lead to the cell being coded in yellow.
It is compatible with Microsoft Excel, as well as Google Sheets, however Google Sheets may change some aspects of formatting.
