Assessment - Toddler or Preschool

This is a basic toddler-preschool age assessment that I created, as a teacher, for homeschooling my toddler. It assesses colors, shapes, numbers 1-20 in a few ways, and the letters and sounds. It also has a spot to asses other knowledge such as whether or not they know their name, how to spell their name, their parents' names, and more.

Included are two color/shape pages (one with labels), a number 1-20 page, two alphabet pages (one uppercase and one lowercase), and a 'scoring' page where you can record how they did so that you can see an overview of how they're doing all on one page.

I left directions at the top of each page. Let me know if there's anything I need to explain more!

I hope you like this product; I sure love having it for my 2.5 year old. I just assessed her and she did SO well! I wish I had made this earlier so I could've assessed her at 2 years. I plan to use this assessment again at age 3, then I hope to make a new, more advanced one for the next age category. Stay tuned for that if you like this one!
