This no-prep art sub plan inspires students to create their own secret passages, trap doors, hidden rooms, and escape hatches. They look at images from art history including castles, monuments, and homes that include these features.
This art activity uses simple materials...pencil, paper, and/or crayon. It is fully scripted, no prep, and can be taught by anyone including substitute teachers, classroom teachers, art teachers, and parents.
