What educators are saying

This was a great reference to use with my kids. They were very engaged. We used it as a whole group activity as well as some small group/early finisher work. Great work!
This is the first week of school activity at my alternative high school. Added this resource to my file!

Description

This activity may be used as a creative learning center; as a station for early finishers; or taught by the teacher as an art lesson.

These are the things that are included:

--two pages with art by Paul Klee and a brief description of his work

--four pages of directions and visuals that you can use in a creative learning center or use as directions in an art lesson

--a page of color schemes

--a page of suggestions for color schemes

--three pages with finished sample works

As a center activity, you may hang the printed pages and supply these things: paper, pencils, and crayons or markers

If you want to teach this as an art lesson, you may print out the visuals to show the students up close, or you may project the images.

By changing the color schemes, this may be used with phrases for holidays.
