Art History Lesson: Pagodas of Early China
- Zip
Description
Early Chinese Pagodas is a fabulous addition in our Art Exploration through Time Series. Students love learning about the history these exquisite examples of ancient architecture. This lesson is perfect for connecting geometric shapes and landscape through Art!
Simple art materials are used for this project, such as watercolors, colored pencils and a black Sharpie marker. This is a terrific project to build your young artist’s confidence and work on some basic drawing skills. It was definitely a favourite of my students!
This lesson is great for ages 7-12 but any age student with a little guidance will love creating these beautiful architectural paintings.
