Art Fundamentals Syllabus for High School and Middle School art course

Hi Teachers,

This is my Art Fundamentals course syllabus that I use for my high school students. Art Fundamentals is our introductory art course that exposes students to the basics that are necessary for providing a sound foundation for success in the rest of the art courses that are offered at our school. Students will use a variety of media, processes and techniques in the areas of drawing, painting, ceramics, design, sculpture and printmaking.

Daily investment grade: (I love to implement a daily or weekly points grade to motivate students and make sure the students are actually working to EARN points and ensure they are not sitting around. If students finish an assignment early they can do a class job or assist other students to make sure they EARN their investment grade)
