What educators are saying

My students loved this. They had no trouble getting started and were excited to move around the room and answer the questions!
I used these task cards in my math centers. They were a great review of this standard and my students loved them!

Description

Area and Perimeter Task Cards: These task cards are a great way to work on area and perimeter skills! There are 48 total task cards: 24 area task cards and 24 perimeter task cards. Each set is numbered 1-24 and color-coded - area cards are orange; perimeter cards are pink. (Black and white versions are also included.)

These low-prep task cards are perfect for math centers, independent practice, partner work, or any other use!

If you want to isolate area skills or perimeter skills, you can use each set separately. Each set has its own student recording sheet and teacher answer key.

Alternately, you can use both sets together by using odd-numbered area cards and even-numbered perimeter cards OR even-numbered area cards and odd-numbered perimeter cards. I have included a separate student recording sheet for mixing the cards, as well as two additional answer keys to make grading super simple no matter how you choose to use the cards.
