Versions 1, 2 and 3 were a hit. Here's version 4 for 2024!
This never ending google form does not have a submit button, every question sends you to a new question. The loop goes on forever! Send it to students and wait for them to figure it out!! All questions are tied to what is relevant with middle school to high school age groups. Upper elementary may know it as well!
It is editable, with three intro questions to customize so they don't get too suspicious too quickly. You must add questions about your curriculum so they don't see it coming!
Originally marked for 5th and up but many teaching as young as 3rd have said it worked great!
