Almond milk isn't truly milk, but still provides a delicious and tasty alternative to traditional milk which is key for those who cannot process lactose. The process to make almond milk requires quite a few steps to produce and manufacture, yet it is useful to learn and understand it all. Two images also to inspire students and get them interested in the subject topic.
