All Things Banking | Bundle

This is the perfect bundle to teach your banking unit around in a personal finance, life skills, family and consumer science, financial literacy, or money skills class. The resources in this bundle can form the bulk of your unit and you can fill in around it with extra material from your curriculum or if any gaps in knowledge are identified afterward.

Through these resources students will gain a solid understanding of the banking system and how it works as well as guidance on how to choose the right type of bank and account to go with it. By the end students will know everything they need to setup their own accounts which are right for them based on their needs and goals.

All resources are formatted for printing with a standard US Letter printer (black and white or color will work) and may also include digital versions of student activity sheets in Google Document format.

After banking, there are so many directions you can go with your course. Here are some of my favorite activities to do after completing my banking unit:

• Cashflow Tracker Sheet - A handy printout or Google Document for tracking cashflow for one month.
• Understanding Income Tax BUNDLE - Income tax is sometimes one of the harder topics to teach due to the difficulty in making it exciting and the higher levels of math involved. Check out these hands-on activities to make it more engaging and easy to understand.
• Compare and Evaluate Stocks - Starting your investing unit soon? This is a great activity for helping students to understand some of the fundamental measures for stocks and begin to evaluate which companies might be the better investment.
