•I just got this in the mail and was so excited! I have always struggled in math, but was lucky to get a great college algebra teacher a few semesters ago that made it click for me - this book is like someone put a great teacher on paper! I like how it starts in the very basics and allows you to build up to the more complex parts, with everything color coordinated. It's also a great mix of learning styles, with plenty of text and visuals to help you understand concepts. I'm a homeschooling mom and was dreading teaching my kids math, but I'm very happy I found this because now I know, no matter what cirriculum I choose to use, I can easily incorporate this into it and help myself and my kids master the concepts.

Thanks for adding the "You are awesome" page too, because sometimes it's nice to get that message when you're struggling with math!

•I love this book, it's great for beginners and adults, needing a refresher. This will come in handy for me as a homeschooling parent when I need to start teaching Algebra, which was not my strong suit in high school. I opened this book and just a couple pages in, it says, "You are awesome" which is just the boost someone mildly frightened by math needs to see! Once I started going through it, it all started coming back to me. I highly recommend this book for people just learning or relearning Algebra.

" She loved how colorful the examples were and how "simple" in easy to understand terms the problems were shown.
