    • You can also print 6 pages per sheet of paper to make smaller cards which are perfect for a fun matching game!

  • Flag, country name, and capital city cards.
    • Fold each page in half to easily create flashcards with the flag and country's name on one side, and the capital city on the other side.
    • Again, you could print 6 pages per sheet of paper, cut the cards apart and create a game to match the flag and country to the capital city.

When I taught 1st grade at an international school in Germany, my 18 students represented 15 different nationalities. Through fun games, constant conversations and exposure, each of the 18 students were able to correctly identify their peers' flags, countries and capital cities. It really helped to create a community feeling in our diverse group!
