African American Living Legends: Research Task Cards

Students need to understand that inventors and innovators come in all colors, genders, and sizes. This mini - research task card activity is perfect for differentiation. The gifted students may go through the whole pack along with the extension activities in one class setting while the special needs students or English Language Learner can focus on researching just one inventor.

This activity requires that the student has access to a computer. Hyperlinks are embedded into the names of each inventor. There are 5 inventors to research, but it is up to the teacher to choose how the students will use the activity.
