    Description

A must-add to your circle time routine for learning French - focus on one number and word per day with this interactive poster. Individual pieces allow to print this as big or small as you'd like. Great for FSL (French second language)

BUNDLE of my best selling products:

    1. Mot du jour

Just print, cut and laminate this word of the day chart. Children will learn how to represent the word of the day in 7 different ways as well as learn relationships between other sounds. This is a great circle time activity, however, the student sheet allows all students to be filling out the word of the day at once! Just laminate a copy of the student sheet for each student, and they can follow along with a whiteboard marker.

Bulletin board poster focusing on the word of the day and how to manipulate it in different ways:

    •print it normally ex: chat

•sound it out using Elkonin boxes (3, 4 and 5 phoneme sound boxes provided. Just swap out the card in the morning or keep the 5 sound one permanently).

•draw a picture of the word (ex: chat- draw a cat )

•Write a word that rhymes with the word of the day ex: achat

•Print the word in special font ex: ChAt

    •Substitute the onset ex: mat

    •Substitute the rime ex: chien

    2. Nombre du jour

Interactive French poster to reinforce the representation of numbers and display them. Students can follow along in their individual interactive handouts.

Nombre du jour - EN FRANCAIS

Circle Time Bulletin Board Posters + Student Sheet

Interactive bulletin board poster focusing on a number per day. Included are seven ways to represent numbers:

    • write the numeral ex: 5
    • spell the number word ex: cinq
    • draw the number ex: x x x x x
    • represent it in ten frames (I print several to represent bigger numbers)
    • tally marks
    • order – write the number before and after
    • compare using the greater than, equal to or less than sign.
