How does a Digital Escape Room work?
Digital escape rooms allow teachers to provide the excitement of an escape room-themed activity without the hours of preparation!
- Print out a packet for each student or each group. Select which packet cover you’d like to use, or forgo that option to save paper.
- Assign the premade Google Form to your students via Google Classroom.
- Students will work together or individually to solve each challenge and enter the codes on the Google form.
- Sit back and watch your students work together with excitement to solve grade-level problems and discover secret codes!
What if I don't want to use all of the locks?
No worries! You have so many options for how to customize this resource to make it perfect for your classroom!
- None of the challenges have numbers indicating how many or what order they should go in, meaning it is so easy to customize the order of challenges or what is included in this activity!
- Only print the activities you'd like to use and simply delete the Google Form "locks" or digital slides to hide them from your students!
- Also included are detailed directions for creating your own digital escape room Google Form in case you'd like to customize it even further!
