Description

Christmas in Whoville was written by Michele K. Garza, principal of a small Texas school. The play was written for elementary students in grades Pk through 5th.

The play takes place the Christmas after "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". The Grinch joins the Whos in celebrating Christmas, from decorating the tree to the Roast Beast feast. Of course, he can’t help to act up a bit!

Written in rhyme, it is easy for the students to memorize their parts. There are 27 speaking parts including the Grinch. Each group performs songs making everyone on the stage shine!

The performance was a huge hit with our families and community. It is about 45 minutes to an hour.
