About this New 2022 Text: This story feels like a new classic & has quickly become a new favorite for Spooky Season for me. It's already earned 2 *starred reviews* so ask your librarian to order a copy too! It's about a Witch with a Cooking Show and when her main ingredient *hops* away during filming... she goes to great lengths to "put it on the spoon" but ultimately has to opt for a clever substitution instead. It's cute, so FUNNY & no harm to frogs! Another great point to mention, there is no reference to halloween/trick or treating - so it's also great for those who do not chat Halloween in the classroom.
