Description
This activity is meant as a getting to know you activity to use when students have buddies, reading buddies, learning buddies, big buddy or little buddy etc. OR it can be used as a simple get to know you booklet for your students as students are first getting to know each other. Use at the beginning of the year or when a new student arrives. It's a great way to break the ice between students.
ELL Students could use this to help support basic language skills and students with special needs can create this and use as a social story to share with others. This booklet can be filled out by an older student or filled out together by students who can write on their own. Younger kids can draw the images if they cannot print!
This book refers to each child as "I" and "You" so it could easily be adapted to an activity to get to know friends in the classroom.
Students will get to know a bit about each other when filling out this book. The top of the page is for one student to fill in and the bottom of the page is for the other student to fill in. Please download the preview for a better view!
