Description
This song helps Virginia's 4th graders remember their Native American Language groups as written in the Virginia History S.O.L.'s. Our teachers hold out their right hand for "A" Algonquian, their left hand for "I" Iriquoian, and they bring their hands together for Siouxan which is in the middle of the state.
"You've got Algonquian in the east. Iroquoian south and west. Siouan right down the middle of the state. Now you're ready for that test, you're the best"
