If you are a brand new high school French teacher in Ontario, or even an expert who is looking for fresh material (or electronic copies), you're in the right place. This program is absolutely appropriate for the grade 9 destreamed French program in Ontario.

After having taught grade 9 French for 5 years, I have a pretty solid program that I follow and that the kids enjoy. It more or less follows the On parles / Tu parles programs in Ontario, but here is what is covered, and can easily be applied to other provinces, territories and states:

Unité #1 - je me présente

• vocab: numbers, days, months, school supplies and subjects
• grammar: personal pronouns, present tense regular and irregular verbs, question words and the negative

Unité #2 - mes camarades et nos loisirs

• vocab: adjectives, activities, expressions
• grammar: adjective agreements, jouer à vs faire de
• Quizzes and test available here

Unité #3 - ma vieille et nouvelle vie

• vocab: action words and expressions about routines
• grammar: past tense and reflexive verbs
  

Unité #4 - ma vision d'avenir

• vocab: action words, activities, expressions about goal setting
• grammar: future simple, direct and indirect object pronouns, comparative and superlative
