Description

Welcome to an easy way to keep notes during reading conferences!

These simple note-taking sheets will keep you organized during reading workshop. Write or type in your comments when meeting with students. You have the option of using note sheets with standards listed for your convenience or simple note sheets that allow you to add your own target.

Compatible with Google Drive and digital notebook apps such as GoodNotes!

The documents are set up with a class page with links to each student's notes page. If you fill up a page, just add a new one! The links will still take you to that student's first page. Each page comes with a link back to the student list.

This set comes with four options:

  • CCSS anchor standards for reading
  • CCSS 8th grade-level standards for reading literature
  • CCSS 8th grade-level standards for reading informational texts
  • Simple response forms without standards listed

Each option comes in three formats:

  • Google Slides class set for up to 30 students (1 page per student)
  • PDF formatted for a digital notes app such as GoodNotes, class set for up to 30 students (1 page per student)
  • PDF printable page

Covers included!

Multiple covers are included for the Google Drive and digital notebook versions. Just delete what you don't want.
