    WHAT'S INCLUDED:

    • Game Board with 18 questions (print in color)
    • Answer Key
    • 6 Bonus Challenging questions
    • Recording Sheets

    This bundle includes:

    • 2 step equations
    • 2 step inequalities
    • Area and circumference of Circles
    • Simplifying Expressions
    • Compound Probability
    • Rational Numbers
    • Finding Angle Measures
    • Percents
    • Surface area and Volume
    • Composite shapes

    Topics still to be added:

    • Proportions
    • Box and whisker plots
    • End of the year
    • Back to school

    How to play:

    1. Get into teams of 4-5 students.
    2. Each team needs a game board, an answer key, tumbling towers, and a spot to work out problems (like a whiteboard or paper or recording sheets).
    3. One student picks a block, and shows the team the color.
    4. The team solves the problem on the mat with that color.
    5. After everyone finishes, check if the answers are right using the answer key.
    6. Cross off that problem on the mat. Next student picks a block, and the process repeats.
    7. The goal is to end with the tallest tower without it falling. The team with the tallest tower wins!

Solve problems involving scale drawings of geometric figures, including computing actual lengths and areas from a scale drawing and reproducing a scale drawing at a different scale.
Know the formulas for the area and circumference of a circle and use them to solve problems; give an informal derivation of the relationship between the circumference and area of a circle.
Use facts about supplementary, complementary, vertical, and adjacent angles in a multi-step problem to write and solve simple equations for an unknown angle in a figure.
Solve real-world and mathematical problems involving area, volume and surface area of two- and three-dimensional objects composed of triangles, quadrilaterals, polygons, cubes, and right prisms.
Develop a probability model (which may not be uniform) by observing frequencies in data generated from a chance process. For example, find the approximate probability that a spinning penny will land heads up or that a tossed paper cup will land open-end down. Do the outcomes for the spinning penny appear to be equally likely based on the observed frequencies?
