What educators are saying

I used many of the other 7 minute videos when I was a 1st grade teacher and was so excited to see multiplication now that I teach 3rd grade!!! These are absolutely the best!!! Easy to use, engaging, fun way to practice multiplication facts!!! The students love them!
I used these videos as a math interventionist for the first few minutes as a warm up. My students love these!

Description

Have you ever felt overwhelmed and just needed a minute to catch your breath? Have you ever wondered how you could keep your class busy while you worked one-on-one with a student or small group? I know I have and that's why I created 7 Minute Whiteboard Videos. They are ZERO prep! No copies! No early finishers! No grading! The best part is, kids LOVE them!

These videos offer a quick, no-prep review that your students are going to love! Each student needs a whiteboard, marker, and eraser.

This set focuses on multiplication facts and includes 22 videos. Students hear and see a multiplication problem. They write it on their boards and solve it. The answer appears and they can self-correct if needed before erasing and moving onto the next problem. Each video is approximately 7 minutes long. These are terrific for transitions or as a warm-up for your math lesson. There is a video specific to each set of facts 1 through 12 and ten videos that review mixed facts.

Interpret products of whole numbers, e.g., interpret 5 × 7 as the total number of objects in 5 groups of 7 objects each. For example, describe a context in which a total number of objects can be expressed as 5 × 7.
Fluently multiply and divide within 100, using strategies such as the relationship between multiplication and division (e.g., knowing that 8 × 5 = 40, one knows 40 ÷ 5 = 8) or properties of operations. By the end of Grade 3, know from memory all products of two one-digit numbers.
