In my classroom, each assessment, exit ticket, or project incorporates a minimum of one standard. In the front of the binder is their standards mastery document and we update it each time I pass student work back that shows mastery. This is super helpful as we progress through the year and students see how far they've come, when they share their progress with parents at Parent Teacher Conferences, and when reviewing before the state test!
