5x6 rug and 1 riser combo seating chart with space for weekly notes

Seating chart with 30 rug spots and 9 choral riser spots. I use the big boxes for student names and the smaller boxes below to track student assessment data. This version also includes a space for writing down short lesson plans or "what i actually taught this week" for the first quarter of the year. There's a space on the left near where I punch holes to remind me of activities or events that are upcoming that I want in my toolbox in case we have extra time.
