5th 6th Grade 4 Scientific Method Lab Science Rubric Student Self Assessment

You will download two science rubric assessments (teacher and student self assessment) for grading a grade 4, 5th, or 6th grade scientific method lab. The first science rubric may be used by the teacher to assess the students' skills in identifying scientific method lab concepts, such as, the hypothesis, following the procedures, collecting data, using materials, and accuracy of results. The assessment is on a four point scale. The second assessment is the student self assessment of the first assessment and uses "I" statements.

Black and white versions are also included for economical printing.
