52 Backgrounds for Spanish Teachers

Add some zing to your material with this collection of 52 colorful backgrounds specifically made with Spanish teachers in mind. They are for use with Power Point (or Keynote) presentations and they will brighten your classroom and help capture the attention of your students.

Some of the themes I used are: Flags, Textiles, Fiestas, Talavera Tiles, Dancers, and Maps. You will not find cacti, sombreros, chili peppers, and margaritas because, unless the teacher takes time to explain, these things might perpetuate stereotypes.

Most of the images are in coordinated pairs so that you can create a title slide and information slides with matching backgrounds. For the $5 price tag, you pay less than ¢10 per image.

Sometimes slide makers make the mistake of using high contrast images that are too busy or too full for text, but I actually use Power Point a lot in my classroom so I know better! Though the slides are colorful and bright, they also have plenty of room for you to place your text.

Although the images were created for backgrounds, you can use them in other ways too. (I used them to make my promotional images for this product, for example.)

The person who purchases these slides is free to use them in personal and commercial products, but may not sell them or give them away in other background packages or as clip art.
