Description

Google form version of the Beginning of School Year Grade 4 Math Pre-Assessment Intervention Tool which assesses third grade. This diagnostic assessment measures retention of grade 3 foundational readiness skills, provides baseline data on new 4th grade students, and helps you check for understanding before you began any instruction.

This diagnostic assessment is used to generate a baseline of students’ level of knowledge, skills, and understandings at the ⏳beginning of 4th grade for critical areas of focus. It test what the student already knows NOT what you will teach them during the year. The results will allow you to adjust your curriculum and small group instruction to meet the needs of the students. If you teach or support several grades, get the printable bundle.
