3.NBT

This resource provides a short review for the 3.NBT domain in common core standards. The students will practice rounding to the nearest 10, addition, subtraction, ordering numbers from greatest to least, and multiples of 10. The materials can be easily modified for higher or lower level mathematicians in your class, and includes an answer key.

The rounding refers to a "Cinderella" machine, which uses the Cinderella rounding method. If students are unfamiliar with this strategy, there are several free explanatory videos on LearnZillion, Youtube, and so on.

For my lesson I reviewed each concept before the students completed independently. This was used for a 2-day review before using a Quiz on Quizzizz or Kahoot. These can also be used as a center activity for alternative practice.
