Description

You will download a no prep measurement worksheets packet for your 1st grade, 2nd grade, ESL, and special education math students to practice and review measuring length in standard inches. Your students will estimate the length of real life objects. They will practice measuring to the nearest inch, half inch, quarter inch, 1/8 inch and 1/16 inch.

These 1st or 2nd grade measurement worksheets work well as a review, test prep, morning work, homework or extra practice. Your students will order objects from smallest to largest. They will use a units grid to determine the length of several rectangles and make comparisons. Students will estimate the length of real life objects. They will measure to the nearest inch, 1/2 inch, 1/4 inch. 1/8 inch and 1/16 inch.

There are also activities for students to measure objects around the room, compare their heights to Abraham Lincoln, and engage in a pirate "I Spy" game. You will also receive an anchor chart and printable mini-charts for the students.
