This calendar runs from July 2020-June 2021, features hourly time slots, and has National Holidays included. This calendar is FULLY EDITABLE, so you can revise this calendar to fit your needs. Specific to Special Ed-- I have included drop down tabs which included pre-made titles such as "IEP meeting," "Initial Eligibility," "Re-evaluation," etc. to make meeting purposes clear. 

Once purchased, TPT will allow you to download this calendar to your google drive. It will automatically make a copy, so no need to worry that you're editing on the original doc. 

Here's how I use this calendar: I am a Special Education Specialist. I report to the Special Education Director, but have several teachers under me that I support with IEP meetings, instruction, etc. In years past, I had a typical paper/pencil calendar. When teachers needed to schedule a meeting that required my attendance, they would have to call or email me first to make sure I didn't have any scheduling conflicts. We would agree on a date and time, then they would notify the parent or anyone else that needed to be involved in the meeting. Even though we did a lot of this prior to the school year starting, I found myself double checking my calendar to their calendars at the start of each month or inevitably, other meetings came up throughout the year. When schools closed due to Covid-19, I came up with a generic meeting doc so that teachers could schedule meetings with me and know that I was available and that other teachers wouldn't be affected. This worked SO WELL that I decided to create a "spruced up" version of my calendar for the 2020-2021 school year. I LOVE THIS CALENDAR and so do my teachers! This calendar makes scheduling meetings among multiple staff members a breeze!
