2 week play planner with Scotland topic theme - early / first level CfE

This play planner includes 6 play area and covers a range of outcomes linked to the curriculum for excellence. It is a comprehensive planner that includes 17 printable activities that supports the learning planned.

It offers a range of experiences that allows for purposeful play (linked to real life experiences), well planned focused teaching and learning plus opportunities that allow for spontaneous play.

Some of the topics covered are: Scottish landmarks, tartan design and history, Scottish legends and storytelling, fractions (halves, quarters and sharing amounts), Dino land small world (talking and listening), games - card game focus for strategic thinking and numeracy skills, discovery area (circles) to promote imagination and effective questioning.
