Description

Use these fun and engaging task cards to have your students practice two digit addition and subtraction with regrouping. There are 72 task cards in all in this resource. Use the task cards for a game of Scoot or Roam the Room. The task cards also great for a math center and a game board is included for partner work. Two bonus worksheets are also included for extra practice. Printable task cards and a digital version to use with Easel are both included.

Included in this resource are two sets of 24 task cards for double-digit addition and subtraction with regrouping. A set of 12 word problem task cards can either be used as a separate activity or use them as replacement cards within the computation sets for mixed practice. There are also 12 replacement cards for 2 digit addition or subtraction that do not require regrouping. You can use these to replace some the computation or word problem task cards to make sure your students recognize the difference between the problems that need regrouping and those that do not. Each task card set includes a set with self-checking QR codes or without. Full color and limited color options are also included.

Two sets of 24 computation task cards for two-digit addition and subtraction

♦You can use them as mixed reinforcement for regrouping or separate the two sets into just addition or subtraction. The sets can be divided into just addition or just subtraction.

♦ There are a couple of problems that don't require regrouping to make sure students are thinking through the process.

• 12 word problem task cards

♦ These can be used separately or mixed into the computation task cards

•12 replacement cards with problems that don't require regrouping. These cards are not lettered so you can replace any of the other task cards you would like. You'll simply write the letter of the card you are replacing on one of these task cards. You can also use these as a separate activity or to differentiate for your students.
